The 2025 Capital Works project includes three locations each consisting of cement stabilization and asphalt overlay. The scope of work is located on 51 and 52 street between 50 Avenue to 51 Avenue, the third location is 51 street between 56 Avenue to Highway 855. There is roughly 3,000 square meter of subgrade prep and asphalt overly of 75mm in depth.
