The project includes the development of a 9 lot subdivision including approximately 3500 cubic meters of topsoil stripping, 3750 cubic meters of common excavation, 210 lineal meters of 200mm watermain with associated valves and hydrants, supply & installation of a 50mm HDPE forcemain, 9 water and sewer residential services, approximately 2200 square meters of new road installation and associated curb and gutter and monolithic sidewalks, approximately 95 lineal meters of 300mm storm main and associated catch basins and manholes.
